The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE") is inviting proposals from qualified Structural Engineering Consulting companies for the purpose of creating multi-use lists of pre-qualified consultants (the “Consultants”) who are interested in providing consulting services as outlined in this RFP, on an as-needed basis to RBE. The timeframe of this agreement will be a three (3) year term, with the option to extend for one (1) or more additional terms of two (2) years, (each a “Renewal Term”) upon the mutual agreement of both parties.

Gravel Tender-Crush/Supply/Stockpile

Sealed tenders will be received for the crushing (supplying) and stockpiling of 20,000 tonnes of Type 106 highway traffic gravel to the R.M.'s gravel yard for the 2025 season.  Stockpiling to be completed by February 15, 2025.  Tender/instruction forms can be obtained at the R.M. office or by clicking on the attached document file.  A certified cheque or bid bond made out to the municipality in the amount of 5 percent of the tender amount must accompany the tender.  A letter of good standing from Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board must be included with the tender.

Sealed tenders will be received at the R.M. office until 4 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 3, 2024.

Tender Call for Renovations of 7 Houses in Cumberland House SK

Description of the Work: Assorted interior and exterior renovations and improvements.

Tableland Switching Station Cable Trench Material Supply (Stage 1)

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Tableland Switching Station Cable Trench Material Supply (Stage 1), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Goods”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan).  It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the cable trench and cover layouts, fabrication, supply and delivery, including offloading of a precast cable trench system (the “Goods”) at the New 230kV Tableland Switching Station (the “Site”).

New Tableland Switch Station is a greenfield site located at 49 02' 36" N, 103 10' 31"W; Latitude: 49.043333, Longitude: -103.175278 on South-West from the city of Estevan, Saskatchewan.

Provision and Constructing of a Food & Beverage Kiosk Structure within the Royal University Hospital

Introduction and Background

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is contemplating alternate business partnerships in relation to the Royal University Hospital (RUH) Starbucks Kiosk currently operated by Nutrition & Food Services under a Master Licensing Agreement. The kiosk is centrally located on the Main level on the “Mall” concourse.  The RUH campus is comprised of Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, Dube Centre for Mental Health and the 406-bed acute care hospital.

Currently the services being sought in this RFP are being provided by the SHA with unionized staff.  Issues of successorship, as found in The Saskatchewan Employment Act should be considered by the respondents to this RFP.  The SHA is not making any representation or comment on the application of successorship to this RFP and respondents should seek legal advice as needed.

Project Scope

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the provision and renovation/construction of a food & beverage kiosk structure which is to include the necessary equipment and supplies to outfit the area provided within the RUH mall. 

The exact scope of services required will be set forth in a negotiated lease agreement between Saskatchewan Health Authority and the food and beverage service provider.

The term of the agreement is proposed as 10 years plus 2 optional 5-year extensions.

Site Meeting:

 A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for 2:00 pm, September 19, 2024.

All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. We will all meet at the RUH information desk and please sign in. The maintenance manager and project manager will accompany on the site tour.

 All Bidders are required to pre-register.

Registrations to be submitted to SHA Procurement Representative by 3:00pm, September 18, 2024.
