In this Request for Proposals (RFP), Prairie Valley School Division #208 (PVSD) is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors to supply driver education for a three (3) year term, with the option to extend for one additional two (2) year term.
The project includes construction of and intermediate (blue square) climb trail with a length of 1,292 m and an average grade of 4.5% as well as an intermediate (blue square) flow trail with a length of 857 m and average grade of 6.7%. The proposed flow trail is to include various features including berms, rollers tabletop jumps, as well as step up and step-down jumps. The average proposed feature height is between 1 and 1.25 m along this trail.

The Water Security Agency (WSA) requires a GPR survey and underslab drainage camera inspection of the Gardiner Dam spillway chute slab due to concerns about potential voids. A 2010 drain inspection revealed a collapse that may have resulted in voids, and a follow-up inspection was recommended. This investigation aims to map voids and assess the current condition of the drainage system to ensure the dam's structural integrity.
The project involves the construction of a 28-foot-tall wood timber viewing tower on a screw pile foundation at the site of the old tower and includes the supply of all material, installation, assembly and equipment needed for the construction of the tower in adherence to the detailed design and specifications as provided in the tender package.

Renovation to the third floor Interactive Design and Technology (IDT) program space at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Regina Campus, 4500 Wascana Parkway, Regina, Saskatchewan as per specifications and drawing prepared by &Architecture Inc.
A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. on June 18, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. All bidders are to meet at the front entrance of Saskatchewan Polytechnic – Regina Campus, 4500 Wascana Parkway, Regina, Saskatchewan.
In March of 2025, one of the two ice plant compressors at the Archibald Arena failed resulting in the immediate shut down of the ice plant. In order for the ice plant to be operational for the 2025-2026 program season, the compressor is required to be replaced. The City of Saskatoon requires a Refrigeration Contractor for the replacement of the failed compressor and associated equipment at the Archibald Arena.
The construction schedule is critical to meet the required deadline for the beginning of the 2025-2026 program season in October of 2025.
