The Supply and Delivery of Institutional Mattresses and Pillows

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for The Supply and Delivery of Institutional Mattresses and Pillows for the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety, as further described in the RFB Particulars in Appendix A of the competition documents.

SaskEnergy Station Georeferenced Aerial Imagery

SaskEnergy seeks to select successful proponent(s) to provide georeferenced aerial imagery and 3D photography for approximately 120 SaskEnergy regulator stations in Saskatchewan. This includes 2D orthorectified images with a minimum 1.6cm GSD, georeferencing using ground control targets, and with recommendations for suitable viewing software.

Service will include but is not limited to:

To provide a 2D orthorectified georeferenced aerial image of each station assigned.
Georeferencing shall be established by ground control targets surveyed using a GPS base/roved configuration, or similar.
Aerial image to have minimum 1.6cm Ground Sample Distance (GSD).
The contractor will provide 3D photography of all 120 SaskEnergy facilities, both within the station property and inside the station building. The contractor will also recommend a viewer or software suitable for accessing this data.

Design Services for the Holmwood Joint-Use High School

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Prime Consultancy Services for the new Holmwood Joint Use High School (HJUHS) in Saskatoon, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Successful Proponent will be responsible for Prime Consultancy Services for HJUHS for Saskatoon Public School Division No. 13 (SPSD) and Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Divisions No. 20 (GSCS). This Project will be collaboratively executed between The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) [the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement on behalf of the Ministry of Education], SPSD, and GSCS, collectively known as “the Owners.”

Supplemental Suppliers for Bylaw Enforcement

Submissions clearly marked "COR6228-1 Supplemental Suppliers for Bylaw Enforcement” in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on February 20, 2025.

This solicitation describes a requirement for qualified and experienced contractors to provide labour and equipment to supplement the Bylaw Enforcement Officers enforcement efforts in Yard Clean-Ups, Grafitti Removal and General Contracting resulting in multiple contracts for a term of up to four (4) years.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Professional Coaching Services

Design Brief, Feasibility Study & Market Strategy

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive proposals to develop a Design Brief, Feasibility Study, and Market Strategy (hereinafter referred to as “the Plan”) that will include project and design principles, a building program and a site plan for the redevelopment of Meewasin’s property at 402 3rd Avenue South in Saskatoon.

The successful Proponent will work with Meewasin to engage key stakeholders including DTN YXE and Discover Saskatoon, and the National Urban Park Steering Committee (Government of Saskatchewan, Parks Canada, City of Saskatoon, RM of Corman Park, Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth, the University of Saskatchewan, Wanuskewin Heritage Park, Saskatoon Tribal Council, Métis Nation-Saskatchewan) to inform the Design Brief.

The Plan shall determine how best to finance the redevelopment, including (if determined feasible) a strategy to take the project to market and evaluate potential private sector partner proposals.  

Proponents are asked to submit a proposal that demonstrates their ability to incorporate appropriately into the Plan:

• Meewasin’s mission, mandate, and operations
• the Interim National Urban Parks Policy

That projection has been significantly surpassed today and as a result there is increasing pressure on the region’s natural areas and on the amenities within the Meewasin Valley. There are over two million visits to the Meewasin Trail annually, and there is currently no public-facing facility operated by Meewasin in downtown Saskatoon to welcome trail users and provide information about the Valley/region and its attractions.
