Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) Solution -- RFP-0695
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Solution, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables).
The Ministry of Justice (JU) Court Technology Unit (CTU) requires a new ITSM solution to support the CTU in its responsibilities to deliver IT services for the court systems and judiciary.
