This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospectiveProponents to provide Submissions for the provision of emulsion products, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).

 

Pricing Form A and Appendix B Submission Form – February 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST
Pricing Form B and Appendix B Submission Form – February 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST
Pricing Form C and Appendix B Submission Form – February 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST.
 

GOS will post the preliminary bid results on SaskTenders within 72 hours of the closing for each of the three pricing forms. The preliminary bid results do not guarantee an award but are provided for the purpose of assisting Proponents in their submission of subsequent pricing forms. Preliminary Bid Results will identify the Proponent with the lowest price, the item/line description and the quantity.
