The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a vendor to work with Tourism Saskatchewan and four to six select tourism business owners to develop custom AI tools to solve unique business challenges.
The supplier will work closely with Tourism Saskatchewan’s Destination Development department and select businesses owners on each project. The intent of these pilot projects is to evaluate different ways that AI solutions may provide assistance to tourism businesses working with limited staff and/or financial resources.
Tourism Saskatchewan is responsible for assisting Saskatchewan’s tourism industry to market their products and to develop and promote quality tourism experiences, products, and services in the province. The organization works closely with tourism business owners, many of whom operate small businesses with limited staff capacity, to support growth of the sector in our province.
As a pilot project, Tourism Saskatchewan aims to partner with a supplier and four to six businesses to identify AI automation opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency. While there may be some similarities between each business, it is anticipated that each business solution will be different.

We are inviting bids for 1 – 2026 AWD CAT Motor Grader with some of the following specifications listed for 2026 Delivery and Invoicing.

The University seeks to select and award one (1) reputable Vendor and to establish terms and conditions that would govern the Audio Visual, Room and Stage Decor Requirements for the 2026 Inspiring Leadership Forum.
The RFP is for providing construction administration including provision of the Site Laboratory and Project Management during Crushing, Hauling and Stockpiling of aggregate for two (2) projects.
