Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice
This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete a culvert replacement near Saint Louis. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The work is expected to take place as early as May 2025. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work.
Description of the Procurement
The roadway on Highway No. 25 (Control Section 25-01 km 23.96, approximately 3.2 km east of the junction with Highway No. 2 near Saint Louis) has partially washed out due to spring runoff. The existing 1-1800 mm x 22 m long culvert will need to be replaced including the installation of riprap aprons, erosion control and gravel surfacing repairs.

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of LLM24001a – Saskatchewan Polytechnic – Tower Envelope Repairs, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars for masonry construction (Appendix A).
The project will consist of repairs to the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Regina Campus Tower envelope’s brick veneer between floors four to eleven at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Regina Campus. Creighton School Division No. 111 is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to repair or replace the existing 25,000 litre oil tank which supplies 2 boilers in the school. The successful bidder must follow the engineered system design that will be provided. The tank must be emptied, cleaned and inspected by a fully trained and certified petroleum technician to determine its condition. It may just need repairs, or it may need to be totally replaced. Each proposal shall contain two bids - one if the tank only needs repair and a second bid if the tank needs to be totally replaced.
A copy of an up-to-date clearance certificate of letter of good standing with the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board is to be included with the tender submission.
All permits (electrical, gasfitting etc) to be included in each tender.
A copy of liability insurance must be provided.
The project must be completed between June 30 and August 31, 2025 in order that student and staff safety is not compromised.
Lowest tender or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
