The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of one (1) brand new Dump Trailer for the Living Sky Casino in Swift Current, SK. The required specifications are detailed in the RFQ.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement for the provision of one (1) only additional Silverstone Ophthalmoscope P200TXE for use in examining the structures of the retina, macula ,and optic nerve . The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to award a contract for this camera and services to Optos Inc, 500 Nickerson Rd #201, Marlborough , MA 01752 ,USA. Before awarding a contract, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they can satisfy the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the ten-calendar day posting period.

Tenders are invited by the R.M. of Mervin No. 499 for the crushing of approximately 75,000 cubic yards of gravel as follows:
NW 9-51-19-W3 (Cormack Pit) - 25,000 cubic yards of 1-inch type traffic gravel as per specifications listed in Schedule “A” of the Instruction to Bidders document.
NW 31-51-19-W3 (Johnson Pit A) - 50,000 cubic yards of 1-inch type traffic gravel as per specifications listed in Schedule “A” of the Instruction to Bidders document.
Gravel is to be crushed in the Spring of 2026, and completed by June 30, 2026. Gravel will be stockpiled on site. The contractor must crush the product from the area of the pit as shown in the attached picture. Any crushing outside the specified area must be approved by the Municipal Foreman.
Crusher must have the capability to crush a minimum of 24-inch sized rock. Bidders must list the jaw size of the crusher they will be using with the list of equipment on the bid document.
Potential bidders must familiarize themselves with the extent of the work required, make themselves thoroughly acquainted with all the requirements of this tender, and obtain all information necessary for the preparation of the bid including the location of the pits. It is recommended that bidders view the pits before tending.
The R.M. will pay per cubic yard for finished product crushed to the required specifications and as measured by the R.M.’s engineer. The payment per yard is calculated solely on the product that is crushed to the R.M.’s specifications and piled for the R.M. The payment per yard for screened/reject gravel will be paid separately at the bid price for the screened/reject gravel and as measured by the engineer.
A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the contract is to be provided with the tender. A Performance Bond in the amount of $20,000.00 is required within 21 days the tender being awarded. The full amount will be returned if project is completed by the specified date.
Payment will be made within 30 days of the completion of the final measurement of the piles.
Saskatchewan Worker’s Compensation account number and the appropriate clearance letter must be included in the tender package.
Tenders must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. CST on November 6, 2025.

The RM of Weyburn No. 67 is requesting a tender for the annual supply, delivery, off-load, stockpile and spread of road gravel in preparation for the maintenance of their road network in 2026 and 2027. Approximately 24,000 cubic yards of Type 106 7/8” AND 5,000 cubic yards of Type 103 1 ½” road gravel each year.
The RM of Brokenshell No. 68 is requesting a tender for the supply, delivery, off-load, stockpile and spread for 2026 and 2027 of approximately 6,500 cubic yards of 7/8” Type 106 road gravel AND approximately 500 cubic yards of 1 ½” Type 103 road gravel in preparation for the maintenance of their road network in each year. The stockpile is located in the R.M. of Brokenshell No. 68 at NW 10-8-17 W2 on the West side of Trossachs.

Gravel Excavation & Stockpiling Tender
Project Description:
The R.M. of Pleasant Valley No. 288, further known as the “the RM”, will be proceeding with the excavation and stockpiling of 20,000 yards of gravel at SE 34-29-18 W3. The excavation is planned to occur in spring or fall of 2026.
