CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 16 from Manitoba Border to 200 m east of its junction with Highway No. 80 and on Highway No. 8 from the junction of Highway No. 16 to 410 m south within the Town of Langenberg; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 30.74 km.
