Tenders for the boiler & pump replacement for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Monday, March 2, 2026 @ 2 p.m. 

Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com .  Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format.  Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted.  Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.

Description of the Work: Replacement of the boiler and associated work as identified in the tender documents.

Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.

There will be a mandatory site review meeting on site on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.  All interested parties shall meet at the front door of Golden Acres Hi-Rise.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified.  Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested.  These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
