It is SGI’s intent to select a pool of qualified proponents to assist SGI with document management services for documents currently housed in our legacy systems. For the purpose of this RFSQ, our outcomes and evaluation will be based on the proponent’s ability to complete the initial scope of work, the migration of documents from SGI’s legacy IBM Content Manager OnDemand system into OpenText Content Suite Platform Cloud Edition by the end of 2025. The selection of the proponent that will provide this scope of work will be completed as part of award to this RFSQ.
To expedite the negotiation of an agreement for the On Demand to Open Text scope of work we ask that each proponent include a completed Statement of Work (SOW). Proponent should utilize the SOW template provided in Appendix C, Schedule 1, Exhibit A.
For subsequent scopes of work, which may include document management services from additional legacy systems such as Hyland Liberty, SGI will follow the Request for Service (RFS) process listed below in Section. B.1 Issuing Work.
