The main purpose of this posting is to monitor non tenant entry and to restrict if needed, in an effort to keep our tenants safe. The goal is to remain positive and compassionate to tenants, guests, and service workers.

Assume all liability for your guards’ actions
Provide at a minimum, a weekly report of incidents to PAHA.
Provide a contact number for tenants to call and report concerns
MAIN OBJECTIVES AND DESIRED OUTCOMES
Evaluate all incoming traffic.
Act as the eyes and ears for PAHA when on duty.
Report any Tenant issues.
Try and maintain positive and encouraging interactions.
Ensure the Safety of our Tenants and properties.
