SIGA Drug & Alcohol Detection Services

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor to provide Drug & Alcohol Detection Services on an if and when needed basis, as provided in the ITT document. The successful Bidder shall provide Drug & Alcohol Detection services, for SIGA’s Central Office and seven (7) SIGA casino sites located throughout Saskatchewan and listed below.
SIGA would be looking to retain the successful Supplier for a period of two (2) years with three (3) annual renewal options for a total maximum term of five (5) years in the form of a Services Agreement.

Scope of work:
The scope of work (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) involves providing the services and meeting the specifications noted below. The Work is not intended to be all-inclusive but sets out SIGA’s minimum expectations. The Work shall include the following elements:
1. The successful Bidder shall provide drug detection services for Pre-access Post-incident and Reasonable Cause or on-demand for safety-sensitive positions for SIGA employees. Testing to detect the presence of Alcohol, Marijuana and all other illicit drugs in the workplace.
2. The successful Bidder shall have Drug Screening facilities within close proximity of each of SIGA’s seven (7) Casino locations, as well as a Screening facility for SIGA’s Central Office
3. Must coordinate with SIGA HR delegate for any instructions prior to providing the services
4. The successful Bidder must be able to provide a detailed description of the services provided.
5. The successful Bidder must be able to provide proper handling and administering procedures when testing for Alcohol, Marijuana and all other illicit drugs.
6. The services shall be performed by the supplier at the sole decision of SIGA.
7. The successful Bidder must be able to complete and submit a drug test analysis report electronically transmitted to the concerned personnel within four (4) business days of performing the tests. As well as provide reports/communication to appropriate SIGA staff on the outcome of tests performed.
8. The tests shall be performed within a three (3) hour timeframe during or after the regular working hours. The working hours for SIGA central office and operations office are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The working hours for the Casinos are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

GHC Consumer Electronics

Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of various consumer electronics to be shipped directly to the Gold Horse Casino location listed below. You may bid on one, multiple or all items below. Preference may be given to supplier that can provide all items. See table for specifications and Appendix 1 for visuals.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1) All bids to be quoted in Canadian Dollars only $CAD. All fees to be included in the table provided – enviro, taxes, etc.
2) Refer to the Specifications table and Line item # for any inquiries, as applicable.
3) Appendix 1, pages 11-14 provides examples of the Products.
4) All items must be NEW, not refurbished or renewed.
5) Defective items will not be accepted and will be returned. The vendor shall be responsible for the cost involved in returning the items and replacing the defective items at the earliest for no cost to SIGA.
6) Include an attachment for additional specifications and warranty information on products, if additional space is required.
7) Provide color options available for each item.
8) Bidders may bid on one, many, or all items. Clearly indicate which items are included in the pricing and their specifications (i.e. color).
9) SIGA may consider substitutions. Clearly outline in your bid submission if you are bidding on the item listed or bidding on an equivalent substitute. (Must be equivalent in specifications, can be a different make) with the exception of the Apple products.

SIIT Saskatoon Campus Electrical Distribution & Lighting Upgrades

SIIT Saskatoon Campus requires the removal and replacement of the existing Main Electrical Service as well as the associated CDP’s and Panel Boards contained in the Electrical Distribution system. Light fixture replacement with LED fixtures is also part of the Project. The Owner has purchased all of the new Electrical Service and Distribution equipment, as well as the Light Fixtures and will provide them to the Contractor for installation under this contract. As part of the fixture replacement, replacement of the fixture mounted diffusers with new 2x2 diffusers and associated ductwork revisions. The existing Generators will be replaced with new. Generators and associated Transfer Switches to be supplied and installed by the Contractor. Minor cutting, patching, and painting of drywall and CMU partitions, and modifications to suspended ceilings is required to accommodate the removal of existing equipment and the installation of new.

Psychological Assessment Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Psychological Assessment Services.

The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), CPPS, PPSB and SMS are seeking professional individuals or a team of qualified professionals to provide in-house counselling services and administer psychological testing for its employees. Psychological assessment is a vital step in the hiring of new officers.

Successful Supplier(s) will have access to private and confidential information throughout this Agreement. It is GOS’s position that the Successful Supplier will follow all provisions within the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPP). All information transferred to the Successful Supplier(s) will be done through a secure file transfer.

Saskatoon Medical Clinic Space for Lease

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, in collaboration with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, is inviting proposals for space within Saskatoon. We are particularly interested in submissions from establishments already or previously setup as Family Medicine Clinic Spaces with close proximity to an SHA Primary Health Care Facility.

Required space specifications include:

• Space must be wheelchair accessible, within walking distance of public transit and within Saskatoon city limits.
• Access to a minimum of 3 clinic rooms, 2 offices, a meeting/board room, a reception/waiting area, soiled & clean utility rooms, a staff breakroom, a medical supply closet, a janitorial closet and separate washrooms for clients and staff.
• Proposed space may include SHA dedicated/exclusive use or shared use within an existing clinic with a set number of rooms dedicated to SHA use. Proposals for shared use should include:
  • Full access to existing facilities, including all medical equipment, medical supplies, security services, maintenance provisions, and other necessary amenities.
  • Integration to existing reception areas (including existing provider’s staff) for seamless workflow and patient navigation.
  • Access to a minimum of 2 touchdown work stations with internet access.
• Capacity for a minimum of 9 staff: 3 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Registered Nurses, 1 Physician, 1 Office Admin and 1 Assessor Coordinator
• On-site parking access required.
• Space should be available to public Monday-Friday, 10am – 6pm, with 24/7 staff access.
• Anticipated Start Date: December 1, 2024

As part of the Saskatoon Capacity Action Plan, this clinic aims to offer follow-up care for patients lacking a Primary Care Practitioner, thereby decreasing emergency room revisits and readmissions. Rapid access clinic space is crucial to address the shortage of accessible clinics in Saskatoon's network.

We welcome detailed proposals from parties offering properties that meet or exceed these standards.

Sutherland Hall - Fire Alarm System Supply & Install

The City of Saskatoon is inviting quotations from contractors for the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to supply and install a fire alarm system, in compliance with the National Building Code (NBC), National Fire Code Division B, CSA standards, and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations, at Sutherland Hall.

The facility is a single storey with a partial basement, used for licensed events with an occupant load greater than 150.  The site will have to be cleaned up at the end of the week, as this a rental space and is primarily used on evenings and weekends.  The construction will have to be scheduled around rentals.

Residential Snow Removal
