Town of Norquay – Water Tower Replacement
The Town of Norquay is inviting qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Water Tower Replacement Project. This infrastructure upgrade is aimed at improving potable water storage reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term service delivery for the community.
The scope of work includes:
Construction of a concrete foundation for a new standpipe (standpipe to be supplied and installed by others). Installation of all associated process piping (HDPE and stainless steel), connections to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and related civil works. Electrical and control system upgrades, including float switches, strobe lighting, and reconnection of an existing mechanical mixer. Commissioning of the new system, including flushing, pressure testing, and disinfection. Optional removal and disposal of the existing steel standpipe and related components.
This project is being delivered under a CCDC 18 – Civil Works Contract and is partially funded by the Governments of Canada and Saskatchewan through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP).

All clay for road construction is located in fields directly along side of road construction. Topsoil is to be removed and stockpiled and once the road project is complete it is to be placed back in fields.
The contractor shall install Combigrid beneath all subcut areas as directed by the Foreman. The Contactor shall supply the Combigrid material. Must be Combigrid 30/30 or equivalent.
Replacement of 6 - 450mm culverts. There are 4 new culverts in place that will need to be worked around. All culverts supplied by the R.M. of Bone Creek No. 108.
200 cubic yards per mile of 1 ¼” gravel to be incorporated, and 200 yards per mile of ¾” road gravel to top dress and complete the road project. Gravel is supplied by the R.M. of Bone Creek No. 108.
Would like construction done between June 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025. A start date and completion date of the project must be stated clearly in the tender.

The Rural Municipality of Glenside No 377 is accepting Tenders for loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 15,000 yards of Road Gravel for the 2024 year. Gravel will be supplied by the Municipality from two separate pit locations. Gravelling to be completed by July 31st, 2025
The R.M. requests that all bidders submit pricing by cubic yard for loading gravel from stockpiles into truck, as well as a cost per cubic yard-mile for hauling and spreading, along with any additional costs. The project scope will consist of the supply of a new vertical turbine pump for the East Side Pump Station (ESPS).
The project includes tree clearing, excavation and disposal of existing holding tank, installation and plumbing of new contractor supplied holding tank, placement and positioning of the new fish filleting building, supply and install piping and hardware for a new water line to the new fish filleting building remove. The Provincial Capital Commission (PCC) is seeking out an experienced livestock manager/professional shepherd for the fourth year of the goat/sheep grazing project in the Wascana Centre. PCC will continue with theWascana Hill Overlook and surrounding area location, as well as the field north of First Nations University of Canada, the Old Native Prairie Restoration Site (ONPRS) to be the priority plots. The goal of this project is to assist in the landscape conversion by removing invasive plant species and restoring the areas to a functioning native prairie grassland habitat by utilizing a mixture of sheep and/or goats (the “livestock”) to graze on the vegetation. Grazing will occur on the chosen test plot in early June before the plants mature in mid-late summer. Thiswill target the goats/sheep on young, softer vegetation, allowing foraging to occur before some plants develop hairs or awns that are unpalatable to sheep and can get lodged in skin, mouth, nose, or eyes of livestock. A second grazing period will occur in late July to early August before the plants go to seed.

The City of Saskatoon is conducting a two-stage process to procure a general contractor for the construction and commissioning of a new organics processing facility.
