This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation from Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective Proponents to provide submissions for the provision of Landscaping at Meadow Green Apartments, Prince Albert SK as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables") and the attached documents. 

The scope of the project includes a site safety plan, all labour and materials required to perform the work listed on the site plan drawings and specifications, abandonment of the existing irrigation system, a one-year warranty and attendance at a pre-bid site visit. 

A visit to the site is mandatory for the submission of a proposal. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for February 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local Prince Albert time. Alternate visits can be arranged prior to February 10, 2026.

Submissions and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached documents noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions.
