The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways requires an engineering consultant to perform specialized testing to the Gabriel Bridge located on Highway # 312 – 01 / S. Saskatchewan River, 27.46 Km east of Rosthern, SK. This steel truss bridge includes 10 steel girder lines and 2 X 23 m cast in place concrete spans. The bridge has 4 piers and 3—65.84m spans.

The Rural Municipality of Souris Valley No. 7 is accepting tenders for a General Contractor to aid in the finishing of an RM shop and the new construction of an office/lunch room addition onto the shop.
Currently, the RM has built a 70’ x 88’ shop but it remains unfinished. The RM is needing to build and finish an addition for an office/lunch room that is 25’ x 30’ onto the 70’ x 88’ shop.
The RM has stamped and finalized blueprints that the RM is able to email at your request (the companies that designed and stamped the drawings for both buildings are available for any and all questions).
The RM requires the General Contractor to organize and hire all the trades required to completely finish the existing unfinished shop as well as the new addition, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, all interior finishes, etc (the concrete has already been awarded) they will also work closely with PBI (building inspectors) in the process.
When submitting the tender for this project, please provide a detailed break down with the dollar amounts and a proposed start and completion timeline of each trade required.
Please provide any relevant experience or references demonstrating the ability to complete this scope of work.
The RM will not compensate any bidders for the cost of preparing the tender.

The Rural Municipalities of Spy Hill No. 152 and Rocanville No. 151 are seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the construction of erosion protection works on the banks of the Qu’Appelle River upstream of Grid 600. The project includes site preparation, sediment management, bank grading, hauling and stockpiling of spoil material, geotextile installation, and the placement of rock riprap. The work is to be completed in late-August and early-September of 2025.

Purpose of the RFP:
The Rural Municipality of McKillop No. 220 is seeking qualified consultants or firms to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive design plan for a water-fill station. This design plan will serve as the foundational blueprint for a water fill station aimed at providing a sustainable, reliable, and accessible water source.
Scope of Work
The design plan should cover the following key aspects:
• Site Selection: "Maple Grove/Bible Camp" located within Division 6 of the geographical boundaries of the Rural Municipality has been Identified as the location, considering accessibility, and proximity to water sources.
• Water Supply & Treatment: Water source is identified as lake water and determination of the need for water treatment will have to be examined.
• Infrastructure Design: Layout of the water fill station, including water distribution systems, storage tanks, filling stations, and any required supporting infrastructure such as access roads, fencing, and parking.
• Sustainability Features: Integration of green technologies, such as solar-powered pumps or water filtration systems, to promote environmental sustainability.
• Cost Estimate: Detailed breakdown of projected costs for design, construction, operation, and maintenance.
Currently, there are thirty-one (31) households connected to the central water and sewer/septic system, with potential for more in the future. Each property is equipped with its own curb valve for water and sewer, as well as its own grinder pump to grind and pump sewage to the central collection area.
Key details for the tender:
Location: Sun Dale Water Treatment Plant located 26.5 km from the Municipal lagoon.
Tipping Fee at the RM of McKillop municipal lagoon:
Tender Term: 12 months with a 1-year renewal option
Equipment Requirement: Trucks must have hydraulic gate valves no larger than 8 inches to control sewage spillage on the pad site and roads.
Septic Tanks in Use: 2 tanks (10,000 gallons each), with a 3rd tank also existing (10,000 gallons) .
Preparation of Tenders:
All tenders must include the following: a) Cost of pumping and hauling per gallon.
b) Description of vehicles/equipment used for collection and hauling.
c) Contingency plan in the event of vehicle/equipment breakdown/failure.
d) Confirmation that the contents removed from the Hamlet of Sun Dale will only be disposed of at the RM of McKillop No. 220 municipal lagoon.
e) Confirmation that the Contractor will abide by the RM of McKillop No. 220 liquid Domestic Waste Bylaw No. 385/2020 & Bylaw No. 402/2020.
f) Confirmation that the Contractor will operate vehicles/equipment in accordance with the RM of McKillop No. 220 Overweight Vehicle Permit Bylaw No. 399/2020
g) Copy of valid liability insurance (minimum $2,000,000)
