Scope of Work: The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, recladding of an approximately 730 m2 one-storey building in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. The building is currently metal clad with corrugated metal cladding and a band of masonry at grade. The scope includes the removal of the masonry band, removal of the existing metal cladding and insulations and removal of the existing windows and doors. Repair / replace the membrane at selected existing window and door locations. The scope includes new thermal clips and insulation with new corrugated metal cladding, flashings and the reinstallation of existing windows and doors. The masonry band is replaced with metal cladding and new concrete faced insulation is installed at grade.

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement invites proposals for the lease of a building in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, which can accommodate office space.
The approximate area of space required is a total Usable Area of 455.40 square metres (4,901.89 square feet), which should equate to an approximate total Rentable Area of 500.94 square metres (5,392.07 square feet), comprised of approximately 455.40 square metres (4,901.89 square feet) of office space. Building spaces within a range of 20% more of Usable Area will also be considered. Preference is for the office to be located on the main floor with wheelchair accessibility and for the building to be close to public transportation. The proposal is to include the provision of Twenty (20) automobile parking stalls of which One (1) is to be accessible and all are to be equipped with electrical outlets or located in a heated parking garage. Occupancy is to be approximately September 1, 2023. Standalone facilities requiring new construction will be considered. Preference will be given to proposals offering space located within the urban boundaries of the City of Prince Albert.

Saskatoon Public Schools (SPS) is the largest school division in the province. We operate 47 elementary schools, 10 secondary, one k-12, one associate and one alliance school. We serve more than 27,000 students and employ more than 2,600 staff.
