Landscaping Leif Erickson Place, Saskatoon Saskatchewan

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Landscaping at Lief Erickson Place Saskatoon, Sask. as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The scope of this project includes landscaping excavated areas, leveling all others, adding topsoil, grading at all foundation walls, hydroseeding all lawned and excavated areas, 4’ downspout splash pads, stump grinding, gate construction and install.

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of SHC, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent and the rejection of the Proponent’s Submission.

Proponents are to submit their submissions electronically via email to Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation herein referred to as the Owner. Paper copies will not be accepted.

South Service Road Surfacing

CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on the South Service Road from the Balgonie Overpass to the Nutrien Ag Facility; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 1.3 km.

Sealed tenders will be received up to 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on Thursday May 2nd, 2024 at the office of the RM of Edenwold No. 158 located at 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.  Each tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL – South Service Road Surfacing – RM158-2024-09 Tender" and addressed "Attention: Clark Gates".

Stone Pointe Micro-Surfacing

The RM of Edenwold No. 158 (hereafter referred to as the RM) is interested in obtaining tenders for the application of a Type II Micro-Surfacing Application in Stone Point Estates located north of the Highway # 1 N Service Road in the RM of Edenwold. 

The project includes approximately 25,190 m² of Tack Coat and Type II Micro-Surfacing to be applied overtop the existing Chip-Seal roads of Hanley Crescent and Hanley Way.

Janitorial Services

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Regina Public Library (the Library) to enter into a contract to provide janitorial services to the central library and seven branch libraries. Demolitions

Saskatoon Fire Department (SFD) will be creating a qualified suppliers list for demolition services for structures due to a Fire or non-compliance of an Order to Remedy (ORC), SFD carries out the requirements of the ORC through the authority of the Cities Act and the Fire Safety Act. All qualified suppliers will sign a Master Framework Agreement with the City of Saskatoon. The Master Framework Agreement will be for a three-year period.

The RM of Milton No. 292 is seeking proposals from qualified professional consultants to conduct a municipal district feasibility study to amalgamate the RM of Milton No. 292, the RM of Antelope Park No. 322, and the Village of Marengo. The successful proponent will be responsible for the completion of a municipal restructuring report with respect to the creation of a municipal district that would include the RM of Milton No. 292, the RM of Antelope Park No. 322, and the Village of Marengo. 

2023-091 Relocatable Classroom Additions: Pilot Butte School / École Lumsden Elementary School

Prairie Valley School Division (PVSD) is seeking to engage a General Contractor for site preparation, foundations, and associated mechanical and electrical work to accommodate two owner supplied re-locatable classrooms. The contract will be for one new classroom at Piot Butte School and one at École Lumsden Elementary School.

A site review is schedule for April 16, 2024. 1pm Lumsden, 3pm for Pilot Butte. General Contractor must bid on both sites.
