SIGA Dell Docking Stations

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of forty (40) Docking Stations. All items are to be shipped to the Central Office location listed below.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
2. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
3. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
4. Substitutes are not allowed.
5. Bidders to include volume-pricing discount, as applicable. Additional volume pricing information can be provided as a bid attachment.
6. Supplier must be an Authorized Dell re-sellers. All equipment must be new; - refurbished, repackaged, or used equipment are not acceptable.
7. Standard warranty to be included, unless already specified. Provide quote for cost and details for any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form.
8. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.

Chariot CV 60/1 RS Bp Deluxe Ride-on Vacuum

SIGA is seeking to procure one (1) brand-new Chariot™ CV 60/1 RS Bp Deluxe, Model 1.012-103.0, complete with lithium batteries, on-board charger, and all included standard features, accessories, and any indicated options, for the Northern Lights Casino (NLC) located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Note: Substitutions are not accepted. Products must be as specified within this RFQ.

Supply and Delivery of Asphalt Oil

Proposals will be received at the office of the RM of Senlac No. 411 until 11:00 am on Thursday January 29th, 2026 for the supply and delivery:

-2,600 tonnes of AC 150/200 (with 3% Evotherm) Hot Mix OIl

-100 tonnes of SS1-H or equivalent (list product) Tack/Flush OIl.

Oil will be delivered to the SE-21-41-25-W3M Northeast of the Village of Senlac, SK (approximately 16 km Northeast).

Tenders will be closed at the office of the RM of Senlac, located in the Village of Senlac, SK at 11:00 am local time on Thursday January 29th, 2026.

Note:  The RM/Contractor will order oil based on availability, delivery schedule, asphaltic characteristics and price. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.

Contrary to the 2,600 tonnes of AC 150/200 - should read  (with 0.3 % Evotherm)

Design and Construction Administration - Tamke Rd & Casa Rio East Mailbox Layby

The Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 (Municipality) is proposing construction at the following project sites:

• Construction of a paved road surface: Tamke Road (Township Road 350) from its intersection with Highway 11 to approximately 825 m east (approximately 780 m from the edge of existing pavement).
• Construction of a paved mailbox layby: Casa Rio East on Mandalay Drive.

Engineering services are required for the surfacing design, tender package preparation, and construction administration.

Driver Ed 2026

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Living Sky School Division No. 202 (LSKYSD) to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Driver Education Services at Cando, Hafford and Maymont schools, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A - The “Deliverables”).

Living Sky School Division recognizes the current and ongoing shortage of qualified driver education instructors, particularly in rural areas. The Division is therefore open to proposals that include online or hybrid delivery models for the classroom component of driver education. In addition, the Division currently has an experienced in-car driving instructor serving the applicable schools who is willing to continue in that role and act as a subcontractor to the successful Supplier for the in-vehicle training component.

Living Sky School Division is located in west central Saskatchewan, with North Battleford as our only major urban center. We operate 9 elementary schools, 4 secondary schools, 9 K-12 schools, and one associate. We serve approximately 5400 students and employ around 800 staff.

Boiler Replacement, 6 Froom Crescent, Regina SK

Regina Housing Authority (the "Owner"), seeks Bids to perform work to replace the existing hotwater boilers and related equipment at 6 Froom Crescent in Regina,Saskatchewan for a Stipulated Price. The selected Bidder will be required to achieve Ready-for-Takeover of the Work by August 27, 2026.

Bids (including all Appendices) must be submitted electronically before 11:00 a.m. local time on January 28th, 2026.  Any Bids received after the Bid submission deadline will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

Bids must be accompanied by a security deposit consisting of a properly executed Bid Bond in form CCDC 220 (2024) (or other form approved by the Consultant) for 10% of the base Bid Price stated on the Bid Form. Bid Bonds must be issued by a bonding company licensed in the province of Saskatchewan to conduct the business of a surety.  Bids must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety, licensed to conduct business in the province of Saskatchewan as a surety, to provide a Performance Bond in form CCDC 21 (2024) and Labour and Material Payment Bond in form CCDC 222
(2024), each in an amount of 50% of the base Bid Price stated in the Bid Form.

A mandatory site meeting and walkthrough has been scheduled for January 13th, 2026 at 9:30am. All Bidders must attend the site meeting and walkthrough in order to familiarize themselves with the true extent of the Work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the worksite prior to preparing and submitting Bids.  No allowance shall be made for claims arising from failure to make such investigations.

Inspection, Testing and Maintenance Services for Fire Safety Systems

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting Proposals for the provision of Inspection, Testing and Maintenance Services for Fire Safety Systems (see Appendix D) in accordance with conditions stated herein.  Through this Request for Proposal GSCS seeks to:

Carpet Cleaning and Hard Floor Surface Maintenance Services

The City of Saskatoon is seeking a qualified contractor for the provision of all labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation (including fuel and applicable surcharges), travel time, environmental charges, supervision, and any other resources required to provide professional carpet cleaning and hard floor surface maintenance services, (including stripping, sealing, and waxing), at various City of Saskatoon civic facilities on an annual basis.

Wildwood School Roof Replacement Sections 3,4,5 and 6

Bids must be submitted and digitally timestamped as received by the undersigned before 2:00pm, Central Standard Time, Thursday January 29th, 2025. Bids will be opened privately as soon as reasonably possible after closing.

The work consists of removing and disposing of existing roofing materials, prior to the installation of a new SBS roofing system; which includes but is not limited to new roof drains, modifications to plumbing vents, modifications to parapets, modifications to mechanical curbs.  All work to be performed as described in the Contract Documents.

There is an optional site visit scheduled for Thursday January 15th at 4:00pm at Wildwood School.
