The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways is planning to replace the existing bridges on Highway No. 18 over Unnamed Stream, C.S. 18-09, km 11.78, approximately 10.2km west of Big Beaver, SK; and Highway No. 334 over Willow Creek, C.S. 334-02, km 18.77, approximately 18.8km east of Avonlea, SK, with new bridges. This commission will consist of the design, tender package preparation and Construction Administration of Provincial Rejuvenator Fog Seal Contracts as set by the Ministry for construction in the summer of 2025.

The 2025 Contract is comprised of the following control sections with locations.

• CS 10-03 from km 3.94 to km 32.80 for 28.86 km both lanes
• CS 10-03-70 from km 3.16 to 5.06 for 1.90 km both lanes
• CS 4-14 from km 16.30 to km 23.43 for 7.13 km both lanes
• CS 4-15 from km 0.0 to km 14.73 for 14.73 km both lanes

Tender is anticipated to be posted before the end of January 2025.

La planification quinquennale en développement

Le mandat principal de ce projet est d’élaborer la prochaine planification stratégique quinquennale pour le CÉF.

Le CÉF propose les objectifs suivants pour cette planification :

• Actualiser la mission, la vision et le positionnement du CÉF ;
• Déterminer les orientations stratégiques du CÉF pour les cinq prochaines années en fonction de la capacité organisationnelle de l’institution et des besoins identifiés ;
• Élaborer un plan stratégique de portée opérationnelle que le CÉF devra se doter durant les prochaines cinq années ainsi que les résultats anticipés.

Le document final (en formats Word et PDF) doit être livré au CÉF au plus tard le vendredi 22 novembre 2024, à 16 heures.

Le contrat sera adjugé au mérite. Le CÉF se réserve le droit d’accepter ou de refuser toute proposition. Le contrat ne sera pas nécessairement accordé au moins-disant.

7. Late proposals will be rejected. The SHA may, in its sole discretion at any time, extend the deadline for receipt of proposals. If the SHA extends the deadline for the receipt of proposals, it will be done by way of addendum.
8. Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring their proposals are complete and delivered on time.
9. All proposals should be held firm for the period of 60 days from the RFP close date.

Media training

The City is seeking qualified firms to provide group spokesperson media training half day sessions two (2) times a year with the option to deliver additional half day sessions on an as needed basis. The City requires both beginner and advanced media training.

The term of the contract is to be for a period of two (2) years with an option for one additional year.

Required Equipment
The successful respondent will provide video equipment to record practise interviews and replay for education purposes.

Quantities
Quantities shown have been provided as an estimated number of units required. The quantities are not in any way guaranteed, and the City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or eliminate items during the contract period.
