Through this RFSQ, SaskEnergy seeks to select qualified proponents to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) – Prud’Homme Office Renovation.
SaskEnergy is seeking a Prime Contractor to complete renovations to the main office of the Prud’Homme compressor site located 9 KM south of Prud’Homme, SK. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, completing interior renovations to the main site office and converting the attached shop space to additional office space at the Prud’Homme compressor site in Saskatchewan.
SaskEnergy is looking to enter into an agreement with experienced and qualified company(s) for the provision of Architectural Services. This scope includes providing Prime Consultant (Architect) services for various SaskEnergy projects across Saskatchewan on an ‘as-required’ basis.

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement invites proposals from property owners and developers for the lease of a secure building within or in proximity of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, which can accommodate office space.
The approximate area of space required is a total Usable Area of 1,723.60 square metres (18,552.68 square feet), which should equate to an approximate total Rentable Area of 1,895.96 square metres (20,407.94 square feet), comprised of approximately 853.60 square metres (9,188.07 square feet) of office space (Usable), and 870.00 square metres (9,364.60 square feet) of storage space (Usable). Building spaces within a range of 20% more of Usable Area will also be considered. The building must be secure and have two (2) overhead garage doors with adequate storage for shipping containers, sheds and trailers. The compound must be secure and should have an area of 0.5 to 1.0 acres, with outdoor storage available if the building does not meet the storage requirements. The proposal is to include the provision of Fifty (50) electrified automobile parking stalls. Occupancy is to be approximately September 1, 2026.
Secure electronic proposals will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement until 5:00 PM CST, January 19, 2026, and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Proposal Information. Proposals must be submitted via email, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the proposal documents.
The proposal shall be made on the standard Offer Form provided by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (attached).
Proposals will be evaluated based on the information contained in the proposal documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all proposal received.
