The First Nations University of Canada (FNUniv) is seeking event management services to plan, coordinate, and deliver a milestone celebration and gala event that commemorates a significant institutional anniversary. The event will bring together approximately 200+ guests, including Elders, alumni, partners, dignitaries, and key stakeholders.
The successful proponent will provide end-to-end event management services, including strategic planning, budget management, logistics coordination, technical production, guest registration, cultural and artistic programming, and on-site execution. The work will ensure the event reflects FNUniv’s story, values, and cultural protocols, while delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for attendees.
Key objectives of the engagement include commemorating the milestone, strengthening stakeholder relationships, recognizing contributors, documenting and preserving the celebration, and delivering a cost-effective, professionally managed event.
The project is expected to commence by March 1, 2026, with all final deliverables completed no later than September 17, 2026. Detailed timelines, milestones, and reporting requirements will be confirmed with the selected proponent during project initiation.
