Work of this Contract comprises selective demolition of existing school roofing materials
and replacement with new roofing systems, and related work, located at 403 4 St, Warman, Saskatchewan and identified as PSSD Warman
Elementary School Reroof, 403 4 St, Warman, SK S0K 5S0, and Project No. 25084.

A mandatory site meeting for Contractors in conjunction with Owner and Consultant will take
place beginning at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, the 11th of February, 2026.
Parties are instructed first to assemble at the principal entrance of the elementary school.
