Diesel 3500 Crew Cab Truck

The RM of Brokenshell No. 68 (The “RM) is requesting a tender for the supply and delivery of a new Diesel 3500 Crew Cab Truck. The RM invites qualified vendors to submit bids that meet or exceed the specifications and conditions outlined in the attached tender document.

PHASE 1 Environmental Site Assessment and Heritage Screening - NE Swale

The Meewasin Valley Authority invites an environmental consultant and archeologist to submit a proposal for a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Heritage Screening of the project site, the Northeast Swale, in the City of Saskatoon. Meewasin is in the process of updating the 2015 Master Plan which provides a basis for future decision making including plans for further development, operation, and conservation.

In addition to the Northeast Swale, optional items include other adjacent areas including the Small Swale and Saskatoon Natural Grasslands.
The consultant team must include professionals fully qualified to complete the work, including an environmental engineer (or other appropriate professional designation) and archaeologist, in good standing and registered to work in the Province of Saskatchewan.

PHASE 1 ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT AND HERITAGE SCREENING University of Saskatchewan Riverfront

Meewasin Valley Authority invites an environmental consultant and archeologist to submit a proposal for a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Heritage Screening of the project site, the Meewasin Trail and riverfront area adjacent to the University of Saskachewan (College Drive to the CPR Train Bridge), in the City of Saskatoon. Meewasin is in the process of exploring options to redevelop trails and amenities through this area.

In addition to the University Trails, optional item includes the riverfront and Meewasin Trail continuing north to the Circle Drive North Bridge. The consultant team must include professionals fully qualified to complete the work, including an environmental engineer (or other appropriate professional designation) and archaeologist, in good standing and registered to work in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Weyburn General Hospital Furniture

       This RFP covers the procurement of office furniture for the new Weyburn General Hospital located at 

          275 5th Ave N, Weyburn, SK S4H 2W1. SHA seeks proposals from qualified vendors to  provide, deliver, assemble, and install hospital-grade office furniture in compliance with Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC) standards. 

Design-Assist Services

Vendors are expected to review layouts (derived from the Design-Build process by Group2 Architecture (Owner Representative Team) and LM Architectural Group (Design-Build Team).

 Office Furniture Vendor to review and adjust products through final user-group meetings and ensure:

· Building and furniture layout is complete, correct furniture type and quantity

· Ergonomic, functional fit and accessibility compliant.

· Integration with power and data access, desk backs cannot block access to power and data in walls.

· Recommendations for finishes to complement the building interior design, materials, and IPAC compliance

· Identification of layout conflicts before fabrication

Equipment and Pipe Insulation

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is issued to pre-qualify piping and/or equipment insulation contractors for upcoming insulation work at the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC). The scope of work includes insulating process piping and various types of process equipment, such as tanks, vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, and related components. Approximately 100 equipment items; each with an average diameter and height of 2 meters that require insulation. The project also involves insulating around 300 piping lines, primarily small-bore (2 inches and below), constructed from materials including PVC/CPVC, carbon steel, and stainless steel

The scope of work includes the insulation of process piping and various types of process equipment, such as tanks, vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, and associated components. For estimation purposes, approximately 100 pieces of equipment, each with an average diameter and height of 2 meters, require insulation. Insulation activities will be executed in coordination with other project phases, including construction and commissioning. Additionally, the project involves insulating roughly 300 pipeline lines, predominantly small-bore piping (2 inches and below) constructed from materials such as PVC/CPVC, carbon steel, stainless steel. Similar to the equipment, the piping insulation will be completed in conjunction with other ongoing project activities. 

RFQ- Irrigation System Installation

The City of North Battleford, SK. is requesting irrigation supply/installation companies to provide a quote for:

• The supply and installation of a new in-ground irrigation system at 2 locations within the City:
• a)  Primary Location:  Fairview Heights Soccer Field       The existing irrigation system at this venue is no longer serviceable. As the field has been designated as a prospective Provincial-level soccer pitch, it necessitates the installation of a reliable and efficient irrigation system. Both water and electical utilities as well as a control box are on-site.
• b) Secondary Location:  Vic Pearsall Splash Park            This newly implemented feature incorporates comprehensive fencing to ensure increased security. Both water and electrical utilities are availabe on-site. Installation and design recommendations will be necessary at this location. The area is partially covered with new sod that requires consistent watering, and the quantity of grass is limited.

Construction Management At Risk Services for the Pasqua Hospital SMIE Project

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (“GOS”) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Construction Management At Risk Services for the Pasqua Hospital Specialized Medical Imaging Equipment (PHSMIE) Project.

To fully understand the scope of the requirements, it is mandatory that Proponents attend an in-person site visit before submitting a proposal. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit, please complete Appendix D – Confidentiality Agreement and email it to rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by December 4, 2025. The mandatory site visit is scheduled for December 9, 10 and 12, 2025.
