City of Melfort (CoM) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from qualified vendors regarding cloud-based video surveillance solutions. The objective is to understand available technologies, architectures, and vendor capabilities to support:

- Replacement of existing surveillance infrastructure

- Design and deployment of new surveillance systems

- Operation across multiple sites, including remote and low-connectivity locations

- Options for mobile units
