DESIRED FUTURE STATE
HQC will continue to operate an on-premises network. The proposed new virtual servers will use an MS Server 2022 operating system. The disk space usage will be a minimum of 21TB of space. The current and proposed new servers are estimated to use a similar size file storage footprint, as archive data will be moved to online storage space.
The vendor will oversee the migration of existing IT infrastructure and data to the new servers and operating systems.
WORKPLAN
Submit a proposed workplan for meeting objectives and requirements. The final workplan will be refined and agreed upon in collaboration with the HQC project team.

The work consists of the addition of a 600V panel, as well appropriate branch circuits to support this new panel and existing panels.

The Deliverables:
The City is purchasing supply and delivery of two (2) 15 ft Rotary Mower Attachments in 2024, and an additional two (2) units in 2025.
These mower attachments are heavy-duty, pull type, 15 ft (180” inches) cutting width rotary mower, single domed three section design, suitable from high production rough cutting operations, commonly encountered along highways and roadsides in urban and park environments.
