The Village of Buchanan is requesting Bidders to provide for the following:

The demolition of a house and site clearing at 606 1st Avenue West in Buchanan, Saskatchewan

All debris, material and any concrete foundation (if applicable) on site must be removed.

All building debris is to be hauled to the closest landfill accepting the demo material (Ketchen landfill if possible)

Tender to include any landfill fees

*Please note - Lowest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted

As per Village of Buchanan Purchasing Policy, to submit a tender; it must be submitted in a sealed envelope post marked or dropped off at the Village Adminstration Office prior to the closing date / time marked "Demo Tender" addressed to:

Or - dropped off at the Administration Office at 300 Central Ave Buchanan, SK S0A 0J0

**Tenders will not be accepted via email**

All Tenders will be reviewed by Village of Buchanan Council at the Regular Council Meeting on July 08, 2024 .

Successful tender will be contacted by 4:00 p.m. July 12, 2024
