REQUIREMENTS

HQC’s current on-premises network runs on a vmWare environment.  Within the environment, there are 3 virtual servers (6 CPU): a domain server and file server, and a separate domain/file server for a secure environment.  Virtual network servers within the environment run the MS Server 2016 Standard operating system.   The current vSAN is 21TB of space.

1 each - Role: vCenter - Model: ProLiant DL380 Gen9, OS: vmWare ESXi 7.0.3, CPU: Intel Xeon E52640 vs @ 2.60 Ghz, Memory: 80GB

2 each - Role: Hosts - Hosts: ThinkSystem SR550, OS: VMware ESXi 7.0.3, CPU: Intel Xeon Silver 4110 @ 2.10 Ghz, Memory: 128 GB

DESIRED FUTURE STATE

HQC will continue to operate an on-premises network.  The proposed new virtual servers will use an MS Server 2022 operating system.  The disk space usage will be a minimum of 21TB of space.  The current and proposed new servers are estimated to use a similar size file storage footprint, as archive data will be moved to online storage space.

The vendor will oversee the migration of existing IT infrastructure and data to the new servers and operating systems.

WORKPLAN

Submit a proposed workplan for meeting objectives and requirements. The final workplan will be refined and agreed upon in collaboration with the HQC project team.

HQC is assigned to the overall project management of this project. The selected vendor and the HQC project team will work together on the project and development of the proposal.   This collaboration includes HQC’s commitment to allocating and scheduling of HQC resources to ensure their availability as appropriate throughout the duration of the project.
