This Request for Proposal is an invitation by Regina Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 81 to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Environmental Consultant to manage and report on 4 Stages the Environmental Site Assessment for Holy Rosary Elementary School / Catholic Education Centre.

Stage 1 - Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Interim Report(s)

Stage 2 – Assistance with Preparation of Procurement Packages

Stage 3 – Procurement

Stage 4 – Abatement and Demolition

In addition, the proponent is expected to organize, lead, and document agendas and minutes for bi-weekly virtual one-hour meetings with RCS, the Project Manager, and relevant contractors to report on progress or deviations from the Deliverables
