The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (the “Authority”) on behalf of the Ministry of Heath (“HE0”), and Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) is seeking a General Contractor for the construction of the Grenfell Long Term Care Home. This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Authority to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of General Contracting Services, Grenfell Long Term Care Home, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).

The Project seeks to provide long-stay care for aging residents. The Project serves not only the Town of Grenfell but surrounding areas. Project specifics include:
- Construction of the Project, estimated to be approximately 3150 m2, on a greenfield site, with:
 • 33 long term care beds including connecting rooms;
 • Maintenance garage;
 • On-site sewage lift station;
 • Surface parking stalls, drainage, and landscaping; and
- Upgrades to the surrounding road infrastructure for site access during construction.
