This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Saskatchewan Polytechnic to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Design, Supply and Install Visual Donor Recognition System as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
