The purpose of this project is to remove the existing chain-link fence and gates and to supply and install chain-link fence and gates with privacy slats at the Town of Balgonie’s Swimming Pool at 113 King Street, Balgonie.

This project involves:

Removal of the existing chain-link fence, including gates and posts;
Supplying and installing new posts;
Supplying and installing new galvanized 6’ high chain-link fence with privacy slats and 3 strands of angled barbed wire;
Supplying and installing new galvanized single and double gates;
Preserving portions of the current chain-link fence to install in a different location, which will include installing new privacy slats; and
Preserving and installing 2 existing gates; installing new privacy slats.

A site plan indicating the estimate location of the fence/gates is included with this RFP. The Proponent will be responsible for obtaining exact measurements.

The Town will accept proposals until 4:30:00 p.m. Local Time, July 5, 2024. The proposal can be submitted in paper or e-mail to the RFP Contact named below.
