Janitorial Products

This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to gather information about the marketplace to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to provide information for janitorial products, as further described in the RFI Particulars (Appendix A, page 9).

The purpose of this RFI is to gain insights into industry standards for janitorial products and dispenser options, in preparation for future competitive opportunities.

Provincial Positron Emission Tomography and Tomography (PET) systems

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals for Provincial Positron Emission Tomography and Computed Tomography (PET/CT) systems. Such equipment may be deployed in SHA facilities across the province. Proponents may submit proposals for one or more models of PET/CT. Proposals that do not meet the Mandatory Requirements will be disqualified.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) is currently inviting vendors to provide proposals for the supply of certain goods (the “Goods”) as further outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). An individual or entity responding to this RFP is referred to in this RFP as a “vendor”.

Yorkton Regional High School Lift Replacement

SFRFP 260001, Construction Administration Services for Surfacing Highway 48 near Davin

The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways has scheduled the construction of Highway No. 48 from its junction with Highway No. 35 to 50 m east and from the junction of Highway No. 35 to 19.30 km west near Davin; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 19.35 km. involving surfacing.
The Work (Contract H25084) will be tendered in December 2025 with winter crushing anticipated in the 2025/2026 fiscal year and construction anticipated for May 2026.

Category of Work: CA - Surfacing

Prequalified Consultants being held in a probationary status at time of competition close and evaluation, should reference the Professional Services Procurement Manual - PSPM 100-04 for additional information pertaining to their eligibility to participate in this competition. Blowdown Evaporator

SRC is inviting quotations for the Blowdown Evaporator (“the Project”). When mutually agreeable between SRC and the successful Respondent, any resulting agreement may be extended to cover additional related requirements for the next approximate five (5) year period.

The purpose of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to identify respondents able to meet SRC’s requirements in an economical and timely manner, and to identify a respondent with whom the Proposed Agreement can be executed. General requirements are provided in Section 4 of this RFQ. Please note that final requirements are subject to change.

SRC will evaluate and identify the quotation that provides the best overall value to SRC, including but not limited to aspects pertaining to technical features and options, qualifications and experience, Indigenous inclusion, pricing, delivery schedule, after sales support, references, clarifications, negotiations and any other aspect of the products or services quoted, as determined by SRC in its sole discretion.

Notwithstanding any provisions otherwise stated herein, it is the intention of SRC to award to one respondent.

Selecting a vendor for the supply of a Blowdown Evaporator for SRC’s Environmental Analytical Laboratory (EAL). Initially, SRC was considering a PFAS (Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) nitrogen blowdown system for evaporation, but later decided air may also suffice.
SRC is looking for a Respondent who can deliver the instrument in a timely and cost-effective manner and do so with excellent customer service.
4.2 Scope of Supply
Nitrogen (or air) blowdown system
4.2.1 Potential brands include Biotage and Labconco, but SRC may be interested in alternative brands/configurations.
4.2.2 Preferences:
• Rack to accommodate 15mL polypropylene centrifuge tubes (length 12cm, diameter 17mm)
• Heater capable of reaching 60 degrees C
o Preferred dry bath
o Water bath acceptable
• A covered system to prevent and reduce contamination
o Not required to be sealed.

o Minimum 16 tube capacity
o Preferred 24 tube capacity
• Solvent resistant
o Mainly evaporating methanol.
• No Teflon/PFTE
o Will mainly be used for PFAS analysis

The Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT), Career and Employment Services intends to contract with YWCA Prince Albert Inc. to provide specialized career and employment services to youth with multiple barriers to employment.

Drag Conveyors and Bag Unloading Frame

SRC requires the supply Supply and Commissioning of Drag Conveyors and Bag Unloading Frame for the new Bastnaesite Process Unit (BPU), which is a sister project to the Rare Earth Elements Processing Facility (REPF) plant in Saskatoon.

The REE R&D group of the Saskatchewan Research Council are looking for a vendor for the supply of 3 identical tubular drag conveyors and one bulk bag unloading frame. The end use of this piece of equipment will be for moving wet mineral cake material that is discharged from filter presses in batches daily. The wet cake material needs to be moved from ground level and discharged into the top of a tank.
