Sealed Bids will be received by RMIS Engineering (RMIS) for a roof replacement tender. The work will include for the removal of approximately 5,750 ft2 (534 m2) of existing BUR roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system.

The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin upon award; the completion date is August 14, 2026.

A mandatory on-site review of the project for all interested Bidders has been set for 10:00AM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered.
