Sealed tenders for Regency Crescent Boiler Replacement in Regina, Saskatchewan, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, February 5, 2026.

A (mandatory) site walk through for Contractor’s will be held on Tuesday January 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The walk through will take place at Regency Crescent Housing located at 3780 & 3790 Regency Crescent, Regina, Saskatchewan. Meet at the south entrance to 3780 Regency Crescent. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Regina Housing Authority requirements.

All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Notifications can be by email at hda@hdaeng.com or by phone at 1 (306) 525-9815.

Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified General Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
