Training Needs Assessment -- RFQ26-0080
The City of Saskatoon is seeking a qualified consultant to design and conduct a comprehensive training needs assessment that will identify current and emerging skills and workforce training gaps within the building industry as they relate to advancing building energy efficiency through higher tiers of the 2020 National Model Codes. The successful respondent will demonstrate expertise in labor market research, workforce development and stakeholder engagement.
The primary objective of this work is to enhance Saskatoon and region’s workforce capacity by identifying and addressing training and skills gaps and through the development of evidence-based recommendations that inform local training programs and training recruitment strategies.
