The City of Humboldt is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultant to complete a community-wide climate hazard and risk assessment that meets the requirements of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Green Municipal Fund (GMF) and positions the City’s priority capital adaptation projects for future GMF implementation funding. The Request for Proposals (RFP) scope integrates the City’s Local Leadership for Climate Adaptation (LLCA) and Climate-Ready Plans and Processes (CRPP) application intent to expand an existing rainfall-focused study into a comprehensive community-wide assessment.
