The City of Melfort is exploring the opportunity to lease its existing fuel infrastructure at the Melfort Municipal Airport to a qualified third-party operator. This includes the provision of aviation fuel services using current City-owned infrastructure. The City of Melfort is seeking information from qualified third parties interested in operating and managing the fuel services at the City of Melfort Municipal Airport. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gauge interest from fuel service operators and inform a potential next step in procurement or direct negotiation for the operation of the fuel service.

Health Shared Services Saskatchewan (3sHealth) is a body corporate incorporated under the laws of Saskatchewan. In connection with the Province of Saskatchewan’s Shared Services Initiative, 3sHealth has assumed the role of the provincial shared-services organization to provide province-wide shared services to support a high performing, sustainable, patient and family centered health system in connection with the Saskatchewan healthcare system.

3sHealth’s members include the Saskatchewan Health Authority, eHealth Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, Saskatchewan's independent hospitals and special care homes, as well as various agencies and associations that provide health services, education and/or regulations in Saskatchewan (the “Service Recipients”).  

3sHealth requires an agreement for the supply of LYKA Port needle-free access device primary for use in the hemodialysis and intravenous (IV) therapy.  The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal 3sHealth’s intent to award a contract for these goods to NIPRO Canada, 199 Saint David Street, Lindsay, ON K9V 5K7.

Rubber Surface Repairs

The City of Regina seeks quotations from contractors qualified and experienced in the supply, installation and repair of Poured in Place (PIP) rubber safety surfacing.

The major areas of Work includes, but not limited to below:

• Supply and install the rubberized safety surface improvements,

• Supply and install double thick Poured in Place (PIP) rubber in high wear areas,
• Impact attenuation testing,
• Security,

Distribution Master Engineering Service Agreement Refresh

Via inquiry 1005464, SaskPower established a list of six suppliers, who have entered a Master Engineering Services Agreement (MESA) with SaskPower, that SaskPower has determined are qualified to provide any of the type(s) of engineering services within the Service Areas that are required by the SaskPower Distribution Engineering Services Department. Prequalified Suppliers who are on the List of Prequalified Suppliers may, on an “as, if and when” basis, be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a Statement of Work for the provision of Services within the Service Areas.

Under this procurement, we would like to have an RFSQ refresher to add vendors to the MESA list. We do not intend to affect any of the existing MESA contracts through this procurement, the six existing vendors (Primary, CIMA, Maskwa, MVA, Wood, Stantec) would be exempt. The new vendor(s) would join the MESA in progress, which expires May 31, 2027.

Snow removal for Regina buildings

This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Snow Removal Services in Regina, Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFB Particulars

Snow Removal Services are being solicited for a total of eighteen buildings, grouped into eight distinct packages. Proponents may submit proposals for one or more packages. The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) intends to award each package individually to the top-ranked Proponent for that specific package.

Site visits for these buildings are scheduled for July 23 and July 24. Proponents are required to pre-register for the site visits no later than July 22.

The Provision of random-access reagents and consumables for PCR NAAT viral load and transplant test

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement for the provision of random-access reagents and consumables for PCR NAAT viral load and transplant testing using the COBAS 6800.

The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to extend the existing contract for these goods and/or services with ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS for two (2) years expiring June 30, 2027, with the option at SHA to extend the contract further for three (3) annual terms; Before extending the contract, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the ten business day posting period. In the event the SHA receives any written statements of capabilities, the SHA will conduct an evaluation of such received statements. If, as a result of such an evaluation, the SHA determines that one or more suppliers other than ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS are capable of meeting the SHA’s requirements, the SHA will conduct a further competitive process before making any final award. RFP - City of Martensville Sorts Centre Concession

The City of Martensville is inviting proposals from qualified individuals or companies to operate the concession and vending services at the Martensville Sports Centre (Arena) located at 555 Main Street. The successful proponent will enter into a three-year agreement (September–March annually), with an option to renew for up to, two additional years, pending mutual agreement.
