This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective Proponents to provide submissions for the provision of Landscaping at Meadow Green Apartments, Prince Albert SK as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables") and the attached documents. 

The scope of the project includes a site safety plan, all labour and materials required to perform the work listed on the site plan drawings and specifications, abandonment of the existing irrigation system, a one-year warranty and attendance at a pre-bid site visit.

There will be a pre-bid site visit on August 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.  All interested proponents to meet on site at Meadow Green Apartments.  James Paproski from Living Skies Housing Authority and the Landscape Architect will be in attendance. If you cannot attend the scheduled site meeting, contact James by phone or email to schedule an alternate time to view the site. A visit to the site is mandatory to submitting a proposal.

Submissions and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached documents noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions.
