Proposed items must meet or exceed specifications requested.

It is the responsibility of a Proponent to ensure it has received all addenda, amendments and acknowledge with submission and other documents posted on MERX concerning the RFQ, and prepare its Proposal based on SaskPower requirements as stated in its RFQ documents.
