Municipal Audit Services

The Town of Leader is seeking proposals from qualified Chartered Professional Accounting firms to submit proposals to perform annual municipal financial audits for the Town for a three-year term beginning with the annual audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 to the fiscal year ending December 31, 2027 inclusive. Subject to satisfactory performance of the services by the successful proponent, the term may be extended, if mutually agreeable, for an additional two (2) year period.

The Auditor should have experience and expertise in performing municipal audits, be free of any obligations or interests that may conflict with or affect their ability to perform the necessary tasks, act as the Auditor of the Town of Leader and have the capacity to provide these services in a timely manner.

2025 Water and Wastewater Works System Assessment

This RFP seeks qualified proponents to compete infrastructure assessments for the City of North Battleford’s (the City) waterworks and wastewater works systems. The purpose and objective of the system assessments are to:

Comprehensively evaluate the current condition, performance, and sustainability of the waterworks and wastewater works infrastructure. For the purpose of this assessment, waterworks infrastructure for review includes raw water supply systems (includes groundwater and surface water systems), treatment plants and processes, treated storage and distribution system infrastructure (includes booster pumping stations and distribution reservoirs). Wastewater system infrastructure includes collection systems (includes lift stations), treatment plants and processes, and effluent discharge outfall;
Evaluate current treatment and distribution quality, identify any existing health risks and/or adverse environmental impacts associated with the waterworks or wastewater works systems. Identify future changes to regulations and contaminants of emerging concern and determine how the water and wastewater system would be impacted.  Develop a strategy to continue meeting future standards and guidelines;
Analyze existing maintenance and operational procedures or practices for compliance;
Identify areas of inefficiency, lack of redundancy, or reliability that could impact treated quality or service delivery.  Evaluate risks and consequences, and determine mitigation strategies, schedules, and associated costs;
Provide support for informed decision-making for system improvements;
Determine progress made in accordance with past assessments and recommendations for change or improvement to infrastructure and maintenance.

Gravel Tender-Crush/Supply/Stockpile

Sealed tenders will be received for the crushing (supplying) and stockpiling of the following gravel:

20,000 tonnes of Type 106 highway traffic gravel

5,000 tonnes of Type 118 gravel (chipseal)

2,000 tonnes of 1-1/4" gravel

Unified Cloud Security and Connectivity Platform

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools is requesting proposals for the provision of a Unified Cloud Security and Connectivity Platform, as per the documents contained herein.

This procurement seeks a comprehensive software solution that delivers secure, scalable, and policy-driven connectivity across distributed environments. The solution must include advanced Layer 7 load balancing, DNS replacement capabilities, and intelligent routing to ensure optimal performance and availability. It should offer foundational services such as certificate management, rate limiting, and managed challenge mechanisms to protect against automated threats. Deep application security is required, including payload inspection, content scanning, bot management, API shielding, and client-side protections. These capabilities must be delivered as software, not cloud-hosted services, and must integrate seamlessly into existing infrastructure.

In addition to external-facing protections, the solution must include a full suite of Security Service Edge (SSE) capabilities. This includes Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX). Network connectivity features such as Network-as-a-Service and Firewall-as-a-Service are essential to support secure branch and remote access. The selected software must enable unified policy enforcement, visibility across all traffic flows, and enhanced user experience through intelligent routing and performance optimization. The goal is to acquire a platform that consolidates edge security and network access into a single, software-delivered solution.

SaskPower Sites - Substation Automation Program

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Substation Automation Program – SaskPower Sites, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan).  It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

The Contractor shall complete all remaining Substation Automation/Distribution Control Centre construction and commissioning actitivies in the remaining operating areas and assist with the transition to Central Issuing Authority (CIA).  The sites are further detailed below in DTS1 of this RFP

LLID Agricultural Soil Testing Greenbrier Area

Luck Lake Irrigation District (LLID) seeks responses to the RFQ from experienced consultants to complete all agricultural soil testing for the issuance of Irrigation Certificates as described in the Irrigation Certification in Saskatchewan Guidelines and Requirements; Government of Saskatchewan; 2024 for land parcels in the Greenbrier Area.  This includes the collection and data submission of all documentation, files, maps and GIS data in a format and quaility acceptable for the issuance of Irrigation Certificates.  All work must be conducted or overseen by a professional agrologist who is registered  with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists (SIA) and has completed the training session for Irrigation Certification Field Investigation and Data Submission.  The scope of this work included soil testing for 80 quarter section parcels.  Additional parcels may be added to the list at the District discretion.

RFP for Landscaping at Meadow Green Apartments, 919 Allbright Crescent, Prince Albert SK (Extended)

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is AN EXTENSION of an earlier RFP invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective Proponents to provide submissions for the provision of Landscaping at Meadow Green Apartments, Prince Albert SK as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables") and the attached documents. The drainage work on the south side of the property as described in the "Deliverables" is to be completed in 2025 with the majority of the work to be completed by July 15, 2026.

The scope of the project includes a site safety plan, all labour and materials required to perform the work listed on the site plan drawings and specifications, abandonment of the existing irrigation system, a one-year warranty and attendance at a pre-bid site visit.

Tender Call for Boiler Replacement - Fairview Apartments, 665 Fairford Street E, Moose Jaw SK

Tenders for the replacement of the boiler at Fairview Apartments located at 665 Fairford Street E, Moose Jaw SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Moose Jaw City Time, on September 24, 2025.

The Bidder must examine the Place of the Work before submitting a Bid and shall satisfy himself as to the nature and location of the Work. The bidder is fully responsible for obtaining all information required for the preparation of the Bid.  A mandatory site visit for bidders will take place on the 10th day of September 2025 at 10:00am. A brief project introduction will be conducted outside prior to entering the boiler room. Bidders who attended the mandatory site visit may make arrangements with the Owner to make subsequent visits to the site. No allowance shall be made for claims arising from failure to make such investigations.

Downtown Angled Parking Snow Removal

Marquis Road Hydro Seeding

The Marquis Road Improvement Project (going from Central Ave to 5th Avenue East) will be completed September 5, 2025.  The City of Prince Albert is requesting a Hydro Seeding contractor to spray the areas shown on the supplied map.  This area has been calculated to be approximately 9,368 square meters.  The city will provide water and traffic control to assist the project.
