Sealed tenders will be received for the crushing (supplying) and stockpiling of the following gravel:
20,000 tonnes of Type 106 highway traffic gravel
5,000 tonnes of Type 118 gravel (chipseal)
2,000 tonnes of 1-1/4" gravel
to be stockpiled at the R.M.'s gravel yard for the 2026 season. Stockpiling to be completed by February 15, 2026. Tender/instruction forms can be obtained at the R.M. office or by clicking on the attached document file. A certified cheque or bid bond made out to the municipality in the amount of 5 percent of the tender amount must accompany the tender. A letter of good standing from Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board must be included with the tender.
Sealed tenders will be received at the R.M. office until 4 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
