The Resort Village of Elk Ridge is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prequalify experienced and qualified water well drilling contractors for a subsequent invitational procurement related to the Elk Ridge Well(s) Project. This RFQ outlines mandatory requirements that must be met to participate in the prequalification process.
The scope of work includes:
Mechanical rehabilitation of the existing water well PW7-2014 (101.50 m deep, 200 mm nominal diameter, PVC plastic casing). Installation of a 75 mm diameter stainless steel intake screen liner into PW7-2014 following successful rehabilitation. Mechanical rehabilitation of the existing water well PW6-2011 (100.81 m deep, 200 mm nominal diameter, PVC plastic casing), contingent on the success of items 1 and 2. Drilling of a confirmatory testhole and electric logging to an estimated depth of 115 m, followed by the installation of a 50 mm diameter PVC plastic-cased observation well to an estimated depth of 110 m.
This RFQ is not an invitation to bid. Respondents acknowledge that no contractual obligation is formed by this RFQ.
Beckie Hydrogeologists (1990) Ltd. will manage the Elk Ridge Well(s) Project on behalf of the Resort Village of Elk Ridge. All technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to the listed contact.
RFQ submissions must be received by Beckie Hydrogeologists (1990) Ltd. (on behalf of the Resort Village of Elk Ridge) via email as a single PDF attachment no later than 2:00 PM CST on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
