1. Introduction
This Scope of Work outlines the comprehensive requirements, responsibilities, and deliverables for the procurement and construction of a new, fully functional fire hall in Lampman, Saskatchewan. The new facility will serve the community's emergency response needs, housing fire apparatus, administrative offices, training areas, and support facilities, all in compliance with the National Building Code of Canada (NBC 2020) as adopted by the Province of Saskatchewan and the Town of Lampman's Building Bylaw. This project summary is intended to provide a summary of the tasks outlined in the project drawing. This project summary should not be considered exhaustive; any details outlined within the drawings but omitted here are to be considered within scope.

2. Project Objectives
The primary objectives of this project are to:
Construct a fire hall that meets the operational needs of the Lampman Fire Department.
Ensure the facility provides a safe and healthy working environment for personnel.
Achieve full compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal building codes, bylaws, and regulations, including accessibility standards.
Complete the project safely, on time, and within budget, delivering a high-quality, durable structure.
3. Scope of Work
Demolition and Site Preparation
Remove requisite walls to facilitate new pads.
Remove all existing walls that are to be replaced on second level.
Cut concrete in pad location Remove suspended ceiling from existing bathroom to facilitate modification.
Door to existing washroom will be moved, as shown in the drawings.
Structural Scope
Prep, form and pour new pads.
Prior to installing the beam, squash blocks are to be installed on OWWJ.
Install beams and jack posts.
Build new walls, stairs, and floor system as detailed in the drawings.
Install railing as required for the stairs and 3rd level.
Apply drywall to upper portion of bathroom wall and smoke seal the room.
Route existing return ducting to conference room returns and main floor ceiling space.
Penetrations of the smoke sealed drywall to be seal to limit smoke contamination.
Drywall to be installed as specified on the drawings.
Painting, carpet/vinyl tile, baseboards, trim, cabinetry, and Kitchenette to be installed as shown on the finishing plan.
Doors and vinyl curtain to be installed.
