The Spruce River Dam is located on Anglin Lake within Prince Albert National Park, approximately 60 km north of Prince Albert, SK and 170 km north of Saskatoon, SK. The dam is owned by Parks Canada Agency (PCA), who refer to the structure as the Anglin Lake Dam, and is operated and maintained by WSA. The scope of work is to provide contracting services to: (a) Supply and install a new all-season safety boom in the spillway structure approach channel. (b) Supply and install a portage route and associated Public Interaction Around Dams (PIAD) signage and fencing. (c) Supply and install a vehicle gate and associated signage at the main road access point to the site on the dam’s left abutment. (d) Supply and install exclusionary measures (i.e., timber post fencing) to further prevent access to designated areas. (e) Supply and install staff gauge on spillway wing wall.
