Water Security Agency (WSA) plans to perform deformation monitoring at seven (7) selected sites (Avonlea, Junction, Eastend, Duncairn, Lafleche, Harris and West Val Marie). Of these, five (5) sites (Avonlea, Eastend, Duncairn, Lafleche and West Val Marie) have existing survey monitoring programs that require evaluation to ensure they adequately address all structures at each site, with supplemental recommendations provided as needed. The remaining two (2) sites require design of new survey monitoring programs. All sites will require implementation plans for all structural monitoring components, evaluations of feasibility of any components with limited access (such as low-level outlets), and recommendations regarding monitoring activities such as collection frequencies. Implementation of the monitoring programs is not included in this scope of work
