It is the intent, the resultant Inspection, Certification and Service contract resulting from the this RFP will automatically renew for a following term of two years unless SHA or the successful vendor gives the other written notice of the intent not to renew, 30 days prior to the end of the term.
The initial term of the Contract will be for three (3) years, with an option to extend the Term, for up to five (5) years.
The testing should be completed in between the months of May – September or state in the non-freezing months as when they test the systems they have to drain water out of the buildings/hydrants etc. and we don’t want the water to freeze and then cause a safety concern.
The below timeline is subject to change at the sole discretion of the SHA and changes will not be communicated to proponents. This timeline is meant to be a guideline for proponents.
