The work included in this project is located approximately 9.5 kilometres east of the village of Burr, Saskatchewan.

The major components included work excavation, the building of clay liners and berms, and the placement of drainage shredded tires. Tender documents are available on Sasktenders.

Additionally, bidders must submit a construction schedule, a certificate of insurance, a list of subcontractors, and three references for similar projects completed in the past. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in, reject any or all tenders, or accept the Tender deemed most favourable in the owner's interest.
