2024 Gravel, Load, Haul, & Spread
The RM of Huron No. 223 invites tenders for the loading, hauling and spreading of road gravel for 2024. Quantities will be from 10,000 to 15,000 cubic yards of gravel and be applied on various roads throughout the municipality. Gravel may also be required to come from 1 to 4 different stockpiles within this nine (9) township municipality. There may also be some instances where smaller quantities of gravel may be required to be hauled to ratepayers as well when the contractor is here in the municipality. Work to be completed by June 30th, 2024.
Lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and council reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.

Approximately 56,000 km of SaskPower’s medium voltage primary underground cable is in rural areas also known as rural underground distribution (“RUD”) cable, typically constructed as large loop systems in the mid 1980’s to mid 1990’s using #2AlXLPE unjacketed cable with bare concentric neutral. To address various issues with these cables, SaskPower has undertaken RUD cable testing. This RFP is an invitation for testing specific identified RUD cable segments to determine any issues/health/expected life, etc.
