This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of an Asbestos Registry for Public Buildings, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety (LRWS) is required, as per The Public Health Act, to maintain an asbestos registry of public buildings in a format that is online and available to the public.
