On behalf of the Village of Waldeck (the “Owner”), your organization is invited to provide a unit price bid to complete upgrades to the existing lagoon.
The intent of this bid is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the following:
Earthworks; Installation of Transfer Structure; Installation of HDPE Geomembrane Liner; and Topsoil and Seeding.
Submit one (1) fully executed scanned (PDF) bid on the bid forms provided. The bids shall be signed, sealed and submitted electronically by 2:00 P.M. on June 11, 2024 to the following emails:

Bidders should request a “read receipt” to ensure that the Bid is received. Maximum file size limit shall not exceed 15MB. Where size exceeds, the Bidder is required to submit the bid to the email address vis a working file share link or other means.
Alternatively, Bids may also be hand delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Village of Waldeck – Lagoon Upgrades” prior to deadline to the following address (OPEN TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS ONLY)

It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the sealed envelope is received by the intended recipient.
If an arithmetical error is identified by the Consultant in the submitted bid between any unit price and the price extension (unit price x quantity of units), the unit price shall govern the price extension and the total bid amount will be corrected accordingly.
The Bids will be opened in Public in Council Chambers the same day, June 11, 2024 at 6:30 P.M.
