The Government of Saskatchewan intends to contract with Saskatchewan Abilities Council Inc. – Yorkton Branch on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the delivery of Specialized Career and Employment Services for Persons with Disabilities and/or Multiple Barriers to Employment, residing in Yorkton, Fort Qu’Appelle and surrounding area, through their Partners in Employment (PIE) program and the Transitioning Youth to Employment (TYE) program that meets Government of Saskatchewan’s  requirements for this procurement, as described in the ACAN.
