Purpose/objective:

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents, as specified in this Request for Proposal, for the supply, delivery and installation of Surgical Imaging and navigation system to be used within the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital (JPCH) and Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).  The SHA would like to have the option of using the proponent(s) selected through this process to purchase future like equipment. The subsequent purchases would depend on the required specifications and pricing for the chosen solutions. The successful bidder will provide options for future procurement and installations. Appendix F outlines the product requirements in detail.

Scope of Work:

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is accepting proposals for the purchase of a Surgical Imaging and Navigation system for the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan.

The supply, delivery and installation of the product will be a determined through SHA and the required dates based on the JPCH General Contractor (GC) Project Construction Schedules and the operational startup dates. All products will be delivered and installed at final end state locations.
