The Rural Municipality of Milton No. 292, the Rural Municipality of Antelope Park No. 322 and the Village of Marengo is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms interested in completing asset management plans for all classes within each municipality.

The successful firm will be required to submit a proposed schedule of work to be done from the current condition of assets to finalizing the project.  The start date for this project may be as early as October 1st, 2020, and must be completed within one calendar year of the start date. The start date may be dependent on the FCM Municipal Asset Management Program Grant application approval. 

The proposal is to be addressed to all three municipalities, but a detailed cost breakdown for each municipality must be provided in the proposal. The selected proponent will be required to sign a contract with each municipality.

Each municipality will be evaluating the proposals individually. Although this is a group RFP, each municipality will decide whether or not to move forward with the asset management plan for their municipality.
