INVITATION TO BID

Kinistino Community Centre

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Kinistino, C/O Wallace Klypak Architects Ltd., until 2:00pm Central Standard Time, August 5, 2020.  Bids will be opened privately.

Work includes but may not be limited to the demolition of existing Legion Hall and the construction of a new community centre, parking lot and landscape works at 506 Main St, Kinistino.

Bidders Site Examination Meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 am on Friday the 17th day of July 2020 at location of Kinistino Legion Hall, 506 Main St, Kinistino, SK.

Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided in the Bid documents.  Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price.

Bid documents will be available July 8, 2020.  Electronic versions of the Bid Documents are available for download at SaskTenders, or from the Saskatoon, Prince Albert and Regina Construction Associations.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
