Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of logoed promotional merchandise for SIGA. Please see delivery point as well note that SIGA will need items delivered by September 15, 2024.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitution brands are not allowed.
2. Vendors may bid on one or more items.
3. The production logos will be provided to the successful vendor. See Appendix 2 for samples.
4. A digital “mock-up” of the images/Logo placement on the merchandise are required with the bid submission. Approved image is not available, for mock-up purchases, just show the allowable size of image.
5. All Setup charges are to be included in the spaced provided in the table above.
6. SIGA will obtain and provide all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable.
7. Digital proofs must be provided and approved by SIGA prior to production.
