Sealed Tenders marked COR2937 " Office Renovations" using the submission label Appendix (A) will be received by the City of Regina at the 5th Floor, Purchasing Branch or Main Floor, Ambassadors Desk at City Hall, 2476 Victoria Avenue, P.O. Box 1790, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3C8, no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, September 13, 2016.
The major items of work are as follows:
- Removal of existing interior finishes,
- Construction of new interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing and electrical,
- New mechanical and electrical equipment,
- Relocated washrooms and upgrades to existing washroom,
- Building facade, entrance upgrades and glazing upgrades,
- Patch and repair of roof penetrations as required,
- New doors and associated hardware; and
- Maintain twenty four (24) hour operation of dispatch.
On August 30, 2016 at 10 a.m., a pre-tender meeting will be held at 1205 Ross Avenue, Regina, SK for the purpose of allowing inspection by prospective bidders and answering questions or, responding to questions by bidders. Please assemble at the front entrance.
