This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Public Service Commission (PSC) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of workshops designed to enhance foundational leadership and management, knowledge and skills.  The focus is to build capacity in effective employee supervision, communication, coaching, developing high performing teams, change management and strategic and systems thinking as further described in the NRFP Particulars (Appendix A).

Proponents are invited to submit proposals for the provision of one or more of the workshops in accordance with the terms, conditions and submission guidelines as specified in this NRFP.

Workshops will take place in Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert; however, the majority of workshops are typically offered in Regina. Workshops also may be held in other locations in Saskatchewan besides the ones already mentioned.  Workshops will be delivered multiple times through the year.

The primary delivery method will be classroom training.   Additional methods are encouraged, such as blending online with classroom and various media platforms.  Proponents may propose one or more of the training delivery methods.
