The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) process is to establish a standing supply arrangement (SA) with qualified proponents that have demonstrated to eHealth their capability and qualifications to provide consulting services to eHealth.  For further clarification, a supplier list, including several pre-qualified suppliers, will be established for each SA.   The number of supply arrangements over the previous agreement ranged from 15 to 46.
